    International Orders

    *UPDATE* 

    Unfortunately due to COVID-19, Australia Post have placed restrictions on all International freight services. International Freight Charges have increased and significant delays are being experienced. Unfortunately these restrictions, delays and increased shipping costs are beyond our control.

    We currently offer shipping of items up to 1kg to New Zealand only. Shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.

    For all other orders worldwide, including beds, please contact us at info@henleyandco.com.au. Please include the items you wish to purchase with delivery address and we will happily provide you with a freight quote for your order.

    Please note with freight services currently overwhelmed, there are significant delays, even with express services.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    For shipping outside of Australia, we use Australia Post for small orders and International Couriers for larger item/bed orders.

    International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

    If shipping cost does not apply at checkout, please email us at info@henleyandco.com.au with your Country location and zip code.

    We will provide you with a shipping quote.

    Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.

    All International deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 6pm, or provide a business address.

    AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS, TAXES, & DUTY

    All product prices indicated, and payments made on the Australian Online Store are in AUD currency. GST is included to the order total for all shipments within Australia.

    Any custom fees, duties or taxes determined by your local customs authority may include;

    1. Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia; and
    2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

    Any associated duties tax for your order is at the cost of the customer.
