*COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE*

Unfortunately due to the pandemic, shipping delays are being experienced with all freight services and Australia Post. 
Signature on delivery is currently not being accepted by freight companies or Australia Post. For safety reasons, All deliveries are signed by courier companies or Australia Post on behalf of the customer. 
Due to stage 4 restrictions currently in place in Victoria, we are experiencing delays in dispatch of orders.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched.

For personalised items, please allow up to 5-7 business days.

Smaller products are dispatched from our head office.

All beds are dispatched from our distribution centre. If you have ordered other products with your bed order, these may be shipped separately.

Please note Shipment of orders may be delayed during storewide sales and high sale periods.

In the event there is a delay with the dispatch of your order Henley & Co will notify you via email.

SHIPPING OF COLLARS, LEADS AND ACCESSORIES

For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post.

Metro deliveries will arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment, regional deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days.

Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in your order history or in the shipping confirmation email sent to you.

SHIPPING OF BEDS

For shipping within Australia, we use various couriers depending on your location. We are unable to send larger items via Australia Post as they exceed Australia Post size and weight dimensions.

Couriers cannot ship to P.O Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

Please provide a physical address to avoid any delays in the dispatch of your order.

Delivery via courier within Australia will arrive within 7-10 days depending on your location. Courier delivery within Melbourne metro will arrive within 1-2 business days. Rural and Non metro areas may take up to 7-10 business days.

All bed orders require signature on delivery unless requested otherwise by the customer PRIOR to dispatch. If you wish to authorise your order to be left unattended after dispatch, the customer will be required to contact the relevant courier directly to arrange an authority to leave.

Henley and Co are not held responsible for any items lost in transit or missing once delivered.

$14.95 for medium size orders

$34.95 for heavy item/bed orders

In most instances we can arrange a rushed order for a cost quoted at the time you place your order.
